With the advances in modern ergonomics, computer accessories have been made available that will greatly increase day to day productivity. Commonly, many think that just having an ergonomic office chair is the only necessary ergo attribute necessary to work a healthy day. Ergonomic monitor arms are typically seen in IT offices because of there ability to hold multiple computer screens.
